🔥 Fire Safety · Fire Alarms

Fire alarm systems that
work when they need to.

A fire alarm is only as good as the people who design, install and maintain it. We design systems that are right for your building, install them properly, and keep them in perfect working order — so you're never left wondering.

BS 5839 Compliant Design & Install All System Types Annual Servicing 24/7 Monitoring

Fire alarm systems are the front line of life safety in almost every building. When they're designed and installed properly, they give occupants the time they need to evacuate safely. When they're not — the consequences can be catastrophic.

We design, install, commission and maintain fire alarm systems for all types of buildings — from simple conventional systems in small premises to addressable, multi-zone systems in complex multi-storey buildings. Every system is designed specifically for the building it's going into.

We also take over maintenance of existing systems from other contractors. If you've inherited a fire alarm and you're not sure of its condition or history, we'll carry out a full audit and put together a plan to bring it up to standard.

System types we work with

Conventional systems — straightforward protection for smaller premises
Addressable systems — L1 to L5 and M category
Radio-linked wireless fire alarm systems
Aspirating smoke detection (ASD) systems
Multi-site networked and remotely monitored systems
Disabled refuge alarm systems

Everything covered, start to finish.

What makes our fire alarms service different.

We do things properly — and we've been doing them that way since 2015. Here's what that means for you.

Designed for your building, not from a template

We survey every building before designing a system. A system that isn't right for the building is one that might let you down.

Clean installations from qualified engineers

Tidy cable runs, properly labelled panels, and a finished installation that looks as professional as it performs.

Proactive maintenance, not just reactive callouts

We actively monitor system health and flag developing issues before they become failures — not just turn up once a year.

Common Questions

Things people usually ask us.

How often does a fire alarm need to be serviced?
Under BS 5839 Part 1, fire alarm systems should be serviced at least twice a year. Some higher-risk premises may require quarterly visits. We'll advise on the right frequency for your building.
Can you take over maintenance of a system installed by another company?
Yes, and we do this regularly. We'll carry out an initial audit, confirm the system's condition, and put together a maintenance plan. We work with all major brands and system types.
What's the difference between a conventional and addressable system?
A conventional system divides the building into zones. An addressable system identifies the exact device activated — making it much faster to pinpoint a fire. Addressable systems are generally better for larger or more complex buildings.
Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?
Yes. We can connect your fire alarm to a monitoring centre staffed round the clock. If an alarm activates, the centre alerts keyholders and emergency services immediately — even if nobody is on site.
