🔥 Fire Safety · Fire Training

Training that gives your team
the confidence to act.

When a fire alarm sounds, your staff need to know exactly what to do — not stand around wondering. Our training is practical, engaging and built around how fires actually happen in your type of building.

Fire Warden Training Fire Awareness On-Site Delivery CPD Certified Refresher Courses

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, responsible persons are required to ensure that all employees receive adequate fire safety instruction and training. In practice, that means training that's relevant to the building, the risks and the people being trained.

We deliver fire training on-site at your premises — which means the training references your actual building, your actual evacuation routes, your actual equipment. Participants can see and handle the equipment they'd use in an emergency, which makes an enormous difference to confidence and recall.

We offer fire warden training for those with specific evacuation responsibilities, fire awareness training for all staff, and refresher courses for both. All courses are CPD certified and include a course record for each participant.

Who should be trained?

All employees — basic fire awareness as a minimum
Fire wardens / marshals — those with specific evacuation responsibilities
New starters — ideally within their first week
Staff who work alone or out of hours
Facilities and maintenance teams — who may be first to identify a risk
Any team where roles or building use have recently changed

Everything covered, start to finish.

What makes our fire training service different.

We do things properly — and we've been doing them that way since 2015. Here's what that means for you.

Specific to your building, not generic

Nothing prepares people like seeing the routes, touching the equipment and understanding the plan in the place where they actually work.

Delivered by active fire safety professionals

Our trainers aren't actors reading from a script — they're experienced fire safety practitioners who bring real-world knowledge to every session.

Practical, not just theoretical

The best fire training involves hands-on practice. Confidence with a fire extinguisher comes from holding one and using it — not from watching a video.

Common Questions

Things people usually ask us.

How often should fire warden training be refreshed?
Best practice is to refresh fire warden training annually. This keeps knowledge current, accounts for changes to the building, and ensures new wardens are trained promptly. We'll advise on the right frequency for your premises.
How many fire wardens does my building need?
There's no fixed legal requirement, but the generally accepted guidance is one warden per floor or fire zone, with additional cover for areas with larger numbers of staff or vulnerable occupants. We'll advise on the right number for your building.
Can training be delivered outside working hours?
Yes. We regularly deliver training in the evenings, at weekends or during quiet periods to minimise disruption to your operations. Talk to us about what works best for your team.
Is online fire awareness training acceptable?
Online training can satisfy the basic fire awareness requirement for many employees. However, fire warden training and site-specific instruction is much more effective in person. We can advise on the right blend for your organisation.
